Tears flow nationwide in Cameroon, Ghana and Nigeria over numerous cases of flood recorded in most African Countries since early days of October. Nearly 18,000 houses collapsed, businesses at a stall, many lives got lost as flood ravages various communities according to National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
